 this is greg taking a photograph of katee this afternoon on the firetrail ..
greg has just got himself an excellent camera and is becoming quite obsessed with taking photographs and dpc ...
thank god .. !! ..


as i was processing this i was finding it pretty boring so i brought in some bark i'd photographed on the firetrail as an overlay ..
i'm in the overlay side challenge as well, but seeing i've already put something in there for today this can go in our slice of life ... & it really does meets the challenge ..!!.. lol ..:)

The overlay gives it a real nice effect of texture. My eye is automaticaly drawn to the photographer and not his subject which I like about it.

Interesting effect from the overlay. It initially looked to be rays of sun to me. It serves really well to help the subjects stand out from the rest of the photo. Personally, though, I find the overlay in Greg and Katee's hair a bit of a distraction.

I was wondering about the lines of texture vertically through the photo and your overlay is brilliant. Seems like Greg is going to become a member here with his new camera and enthusiasm.
