WOOOOOT! 20th place babeh! I am so happy with how this turned out. It really was not a planned shoot or anything, but my father was taking a long time in getting our snowmobiles ready for a ride, and I noticed we had exactly six apples. So I just put them up in a table/box thing that i own and shot at a few different angles.

The different shades of apples was not intentional. Those were just the kind we had. Granny Smith and Golden Delicious. Mmm, both good stuff!

But yes, one of my favorite pictures, and looks delightfully delicious on my profile page. :-D

I love this photo for some reason and there's no easy reason to pinpoint why. I do love the greens but I think the way it just kind of slowly shrinks into the background is what I like the most.

Good color and lighting. The solid black background works well. All in all, a good apple photo.

Nice image. Doesn't really say "six" to me. The difference in color of the first apple from the others is also a bit distracting.

really nice lining up of the apples... I like the slight curve you brought to the line an the contrast between the green apples and the black backgrounf.. I would have used 6 similar apples as the 1st in the line...the others seem a little more on the yellow side
