This took a quick hand and an even quicker eye to capture so well. I believe shots like this to be what photography's about....that said, A++++ should've ribboned.

I think the one clear profile in an otherwise hidden crowd of faces is terrific and perfectly conveys the theme. Congrats on your top 10.

Love the organic curves, and the challenge conveyed with the minimum information possible, but even in all this darkness you still convey the lusciousness of the fountain. Posthumous Yellow Ribbon.

Now this is the sort of shot I was thinking on when I first proposed the challenge. Lot's of individuals busy doing they're own thing and in the midst of it an individual that is clearly 'in' the crowd, but not part of it. They are in fact quite alone.

great image. as personal opinion the black and white is beautiful, the drops of light on the heads of the people are perfect to remember me the presence of the peoples without the peoples. the backlighting with the fountain is fantastic.10

Great shot. I really like the highlighted sillouettes in the foreground. Not sure if the subject looks lost in thought, or just lost though.

Nice photo. I like how strong the sillouette is for the figure near the fountain. Maybe some stronger light to provide a slight outline of the figure could've helped more.
