| Good sense of patterning, though perhaps atouch dark - the snow seems grey to me rather than really white, thugh the cleanness of the image is wonderful. Doesn't actually communicate much texture - more a kind of structure and patterning. |

| Nice contrast and pop on this B&W. Varying shades of snow against black branches kept this pic interesting and the viewer from going snowblind. |

| Neat. From my own point of view, I might have moved in on the tree to get rid of the empty space in the upper left. That would have also filled the frame with the texture and possibly sharpened your image somewhat. BOL |

| One of the best snow pictures I've seen. I think the clarity of this and the patterns of the branches makes for an interesting, artful shot. Good textures. |

| You met the challenge nicely with this image. If it was mine, I'd probably look for an additional shape to contrast with all the lovely tracery. But it isn't, it's yours, and well done. |
