Nice image. The subject is symetrical so I would have centered the bridge. That would have made the symetry more effective and the whole image better.

Yes, all those old bridges do decay after awhile and need to be fixed. This one doesn't look very safe at all. Nice capture. 7

I would have preferred a lower point of view and a narrower depth of field. Get down on your belly and open up that f-stop!
