I love this idea, very different, but I especially like the use of all the other colors. 7

The white in the background takes the picture off balance(makes the background too plain on one side).. and the light should have been softer(or maybe instead of the golden brush a different kind of brush should have been used. its glare is distracting)..

:-) I like it. Good composition and lighting. The paint tubes at the bottom are a good balance to the jar & brushes. Good luck in the challenge.

1 of my faves!!! I like this for many reasons, it's NOT a chopstick, it's unique, I like the composition, you did an awesome job on making that pencil turn into a brush!

Good luck, I'll have my fingers crossed ;p

Oh! That is subtle - would never have caught it without the title. I just hope voters take the few moments to figure it out. 9

It took me a minute to figure this photo out, but now I have its a great creative photo. The pencil is well hidden and the fact that you can see the wording on the pencil and its 'messy hair cut' bothing giving away its identity is nicely juxtaposed to the brushes. I would have opted for a different background though. Regardless, well done.

Great way to hide the pencil. I love the colors and the streaks in the background.

You made it fit in so well that I had to search really hard to find the pencil. I like it, but I'm afraid people might not spend the time looking. Good luck. Oh ps, love the bright background :-)

it's a good shot, might not be obvious to some which one the actual pencil is..
