The grainy look comes mainly from water drops and I did consider the tighter crop but makes the fountain look like a spaceship. Didn't like it.

The blue tone really makes this look cool. Graniness works well.

Agree with previous comment about the car being distracting, would either clone our or retake from a different location if that is feasible.

Very creative shot. Love the blue filter. I find the one car distracting, though. I know it's part of the scene and belongs there, but I'd clone it out.

Blue's my favorite color! Nice detail, and I like the grain... it's unusual and different looking, but it works very well with this image!
