 I took this shot before a big thunderstorm. It was very interesting to me, that the skies changed rapidly, and despite of that the picture has a placid mood.

Actually I'm not sure, that this picture meets the challenge details exactly, but I think, that it expresses some kind of speed.

Maybe I should upload a spinning or a rapid stuff...

Editing: b&w, sharpen, crop, resize and clone out the sensor dust. (there was a lot at aperture f22)

i LOVE this photo, but i don't think it works for this contest... even though you labeled it "low speed." i think you should have saved this one for a landscape shot or something...
