Pic taken at Stonehenge at 7pm this evening. Nice evening light - but it closes at 7pm, so no sunsets :-(

Stonehenge is a landmark I have always wanted to shoot, I have driven past it so many times but never taken the time to stop and shoot it. I think the reason why is because I have seen so many shots of stonehenge that I feel its a bit tricky trying to get a new angle on it. I like this shot as it is ore unique than most of the other si have seen. I am not sure if I like the cloud or not, jury is still out on that one for me. The slight sloping graident is nice though. And your BW conversion is first class. The voters seemed to like it.

Subnote. Wouldnt it be great to get access to it outside of tourist hours.. maybe at night, or during an electrical storm. That would be so cool. Do they do `photograhy tours` where you can pay a bit more to get that kind of access? I might look into it.

There are few shots of this that I like better than my own... this is one of them.

Great timing (or luck!) to capture the cloud. B&W conversion is excellent.

Stunning composition with the cloud right over the famous stones. Great perspective.

Nice touch with the cloud. At the risk of sounding like I'm trying to be poetic, it makes me think of a puff of smoke and the older religions being carried away on the wind. Nice composition and PP.

Neat. I like this because it's a picture of Stonehenge that isn't OH MY GOSH STONEHENGE LOOK AT IT but it's just like, hey this is something cool in an awesome environment. Really great photo, maybe the only critique would be the bit of banding I'm seeing in the sky.
