 Used Laser pointer to illuminate the inside of the lilly, and flashlight with purple filter over it. Spot edited and sharpened in Photoshop

Beautiful. The composition and light are beautiful. The only thing I would like to change is that spot on the center orange area. That yellow gives it over exposed look to it and draws the eye from the beautiful of this photo.

The light on the outside of the petals is a little bit harsh. Pretty good otherwise.

I tried a similar shot once. Check out my "Heart of a Flower" when you get a chance...if you want to that is. hehe, anyway I really like this but feel there are some blow highlights of yellow. Excellent picture overall and one of the best of the challenge.
