 Shot a bunch of Jellies at the Tennessee Aquarium while visiting there with my wife for our anniversary. The tank was completely dark except for top and bottom very focused directional lights. The jellies would fade in and out of the light. I shot these and most of them handheld at 3200 ISO, so the graininess couldn't be helped. I also had a polarizer on my lens which I believe helped with the colors.

Started with four separate layers, but ended up keeping only two, one for noise reduction and the other for primary color and sharpness. Adjusted hues, curves, a little burning in the dark water area, though not really necessary, resized, USM and save for web.
Save for web always seems to take a little away from the depth of the color.

I hope this does well enough to keep my average above a 5.
