Great focus and composition. The subtle tones work so well with this still life too. Really nice work - classic.

| I can see why this is your highest rated. It's really a lovely classic still life. Beautiful lighting and colors. The only thing that distracts me a little is the shiny corkscrew in the bottom right corner. I know it goes with the bottle, but it doesn't fit in with the other textures and muted colors. |

| Another one with garlic - looks good. I'm not certain about the grapes though, maybe a spritz of water would bring them to life. |

| Classic still life so you start out on a better scale than other photos....plus your lighting is terrific (well except for those "catchlights" i the wide bottle which are just a little distracting to me). The grapes falling off doesn't really work for me as they seem to be floating...also the wide bottle looks like it isn't straight up and down (I admit that could be my eyes!)....So overall unity, composition, lighting...very well done. 8 |

| One of my favorites of the challenge! Really met the theme and pardon the pun "flavor" of a still life. The bottle of wine seems a little tilted to the left and a wee bit too cropped....an "8" none the less! |

| good composition. a tad on the darkside - too bad we can't see any detail in the dark surface. the label also need a little more light |
