Wonderful shot. Would be really great if you could have gotten some light in his eyes froma reflector or something.

Cool stuff, though would love it if his eyes were a bit more of a feature :)

I'm not sure why this does not quite have the impact oc other similar portraits in this challenge. Maybe a profile or 3/4 view would be better. Also you can't see his eyes.

Great capture. Love the B&W composition, and sharpness on the face. Love the expression. Nice work.

nice subject - seeing his eyes better would have boosted the image, IMHO...

Shame about his black evil, evil eyes. :P
Everything else is good, but they are so dark, scary.

Excellent detail, and a really good black and white conversion. You have captured heaps of character here. Super portrait.

Crisp and clean photo. I am able to cound individual hairs on his head, and brows, and ears, and nose....Not making fun of your photo, I really do like it. You did very well on this.

If you lightened his eyes it would make this very good photo even better.

I like the closeness of the crop and his eye contact. It makes the picture feel very intimate. The only nitpick is the pipe? next to his ear on the left of the picture. I wish you could have cloned that out. The window on the other side doesn't bother me at all, in fact I think it adds to the picture. Overall, I like this quite a bit. 8.
