Paper Challenge: I immediately thought of Peter Callesen’s work and chose one of the simplest ones to recreate since I’m way to far away from any galleries featuring his work. You can see the original “Holding on to myself” as well as many other amazing works through the link above.

I adjusted levels, saturation/hue, cropped, saved for web

Very creative, only another combination of colors could give this image that little bit extra.

Neat graphic concept! Love the shadow on the bottom. Since this is advanced editing the dust spot in the upper right should have been cloned. and the shadow/paper cut/tear thing going on at the right hand horizon should have been fixed. Still a very nice image.

You are very good with an exacto knife. Only thing I would change would be to make the man blue or the bottom background black.

I think this would be a much more fascinating shot if the line between the blue and the white were not so noticeable.

Nice use of positive and negative spaces, I think it would've been better if instead of blue you used a black background and if the lighting was not as harsh
