 It was soo windy, and it started to rain a few minutes later. This week was a horrible week for photos, rainy with grey skies... Hope it does ok though.

Thanks everyone for the comments and ribbon. Ever since I was little I could Fly in my dreams, so this was the first thing that came to my mind.

Beautiful shot. Someone thought this was my shot during voting and I'm so honored by that. Fantastic image. I love it and it does kind of look like my daughter is the model which is weird. Wonderful.

Congratulations, yeah the sky's the limit, and then some. I used to fly in my dreams many times, too. It was kind of like swimming in the sky, no balloons or strings.

"This week was a horrible week for photos, rainy with grey skies" .... are you kidding me? thats my most favorite time to takes photos. it adds a dramatic feel. i can guarantee that i wouldnt like this photo as much if it were just another bright and sunny day out.

Beautiful--a fine shot illustrating the rule of thirds. I would probably cropped a bit more off the right & top to get closer to the girl, but the desired impact is there with your version. I like the simplicity of this shot with a small blast of vibrant color & attractive human subject. Nice job!

This is a fun photo and I love the composition. My only complaint is that the balloons are not rising straight up from the girl. Otherwise, it is great.
