Amazingly easy to get this effect when you walk out into 99% humidity from your airconditioned house. Instant mist filter! Had to manually "focus" so as not to give the poor camera a heart attack.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, increased contrast slightly, despeckled (noise reduction), added border, resized

I wish the lighter colors extended to all 4 corners.

very abstract presentation. Like the diagonal bands of colours going from light to dark across the shot.

That is one reason why I live in western Kansas - we don't have much humidity until late summer.
Your image is like a dream. I like how the diagonal line of pink carries your eye back. You're so creative!

Mary, I love this. I think the soft focus works very well. And I had a giggle when I read instant mist filter comment, as I've been have the same issue down here in SC.

I heard you can put the camera in a sealed plastic bag and bring it from one temp to another, wait til it acclimates and then take it out of the bag. The bag keeps condensation from getting inside the lense. (Never tried it and I don't know if it works).
