I'm assuming the safe harbour is to the left, because what I see does not look safe. Nice clouds and rocks. For seascape you may want to show more of the harbour over towards the sun.

Perfect balance of rocks and sky!! Love the shadows on the rocks and the boat adds so much to an already wonderful image!!

What a pretty setting. So funny, I've never seen a rocky coast like that. In Texas it's sand or nothing. LOL Very nicely composed.
