I'll admit I feel like I cheated a little bit here. What I opted to take a picture of isn't exactly a specific item. It's a long string of melted plastic swirled together.

Here's a shot zoomed out:

Regardless, I thought it was a neat looking blob.

Wow and I thought my cables were a mess! lol Does just look like a jumbled mess of cables but that doesn't seem totally right for a macro shot as this...hummmm. I wish there were more distince edges, maybe a bit of light on them would help make them stand out...not sure.

wires? I would like to see more detail, perhaps more light in front?

looks like a pile of jumbled up cable wiring, but it looks more like some melted wax or plastic cooled in a tank or jar of water. very interesting either way

steel wool?

It's gunk! Really, I have no clue. This is a great abstract. Nice and full of form and lines. My only complaint is that it is quite dark. I would like to see it lighter for sure.

Ah, I'd like to know what this is. Has a very interesting appearance, like the same luster as a beetle carapace.

Hmm. It's all twisty and some bits look distinctly like wires, but it's still a pleasing jumble of focus and OOF, dark and light.

Looks like a bunch of wires/cords all tangeled up together. Not a bad abstract but the dark areas may be a bit too dark, losing detail.

Looks like a tangle of wires. Its OK but there is no one central thing to attract me.
