Gotta wonder if they were part of the parade, or just spectators riding along at the tail end? I am learning that Europe does indeed enjoy a good parade now and again.

The cropping top to bottom looks a little tight to me for this forum. Probably looks great at print size but here it's a little constrained.

I like the composition of this -- it really attracts and "leads" the eye. Some of the textures seem to be *gone,* though -- noise reduction, maybe?
