I like this concept, and I think the execution is good, with good elements and composition; the hands are bit soft to my eyes, but other than that it's excellent.

Nice shot, great story told here, Im glad you kept the face. One nit pick is the moevment in the left hand.

Love the point of this. The lack of focus in the hands really draws my attention downward away from the most interesting part of the image. Since the hands are brighter than the face, that's where my eyes go, and the face area is a more interesting section. Very neat concept for the photo, and well executed.

i like the lighting on the face and the flow of the light out of the bulp - but the hands are quite fuzzy

Let me tell you why I like this picture. I love the composition and the blue "steam" that is coming out of the bulb, and guides your eye through the whole picture. It has a duality on it. If you pay attention the person seem to have some feminine features. Even though we know is a male because we can see the beard shadow on his upper lip, we can also see very soft and delicate eyes. Also the hand that is holding the bulb looks very soft and delicate, while the one that holds the bottom part looks more strong and masculine. I really hope this one gets a ribbon.
Have a great day!

Cool idea - nicely done. Too bad that the bulb still looks sealed, even with the little cap off, a visible hole in the bottom of the bulb would have really made the pic.

A nice idea creatively done. The colour balance seems a little magenta to me

Hands are a bit blurry, I guess they moved during the exposure. But the rest of the photo is great!

I think this would have looked better with out the face in the back ground. Just the hands the light bulb and the leaking light stream would have looked awesome. Even so this is incredible
