Hi, I just came back to look at the picture. I love it.
I do not know about these voters... Just kills me, how a photo like this does not win!!!

The framing on this shot is terrific. A terrific job with the tonality considering the harsh light.

The shadows from the balloons are my favorite part of this. I thought this was Shannylee's when I first saw it. Excellent shot with high sun - everyone talks about "magic light" and all, but this is a great example of how to use mid-day sun. You do very good, very creative work!

Love how the subject extends across the frame, and the complementary shadow extension. Great idea and creative choice for the challenge.

I like this image. It is different from the many flower pics. Well done.

Nice composition. I like that you kept the most of the shadows; they balance the feel of the picture for me.

Lovely shot, very dynamic feel to it. The red skirt and balloons work really well, perhaps if we could have had the 5th balloon's shadow?

Beautiful shot; and great imagination to start with. I wish the B/W contrast was better but 10 anyways.
Love it and good luck.
The positioning of the girl I am sure was forced by the wind, but who cares it came out perfect.
