Monkey bars. great depiction of childhood. Beautiful angle and the title goes very well with the photo. lighting was perfect for this photo. The background is even very nice for the angle. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

This could be a little more in focus. 5.

Good idea: Good perspective. Sky is overexposed, and the bars in the foreground should be in sharp focus IMO in order to show that's what the child is reaching for - therefore eyes are on it first. Good effort.

Nice concept. It has a fisheye appearance to me. See how the post on the far right seems to bend? The sky is blown out, probably unavoidable, but I still don't like it. 7 Swash

Great idea. Could it maybe have been shot looking down more, as if from a kid's point of view???

slightly out of focus

Great idea for a shot! You seem to have used a very wide angle lens for this shot which has meant you've got barrel distortion at the left and right sides. You've also got blue flaring against the white of the sky which is quite distracting. Your framing is good, though and I do love your idea. 7 - floyd

Good kid's view perspective.

I like the idea and title, reminds me of hanging half way trying to decide to forge on or drop down. The quality of the picture and composition could be improved though.

I had a similar idea in mind.

I like the way I feel like I am hanging from the overhead ladder - that I am actually swinging across to the "home" platform, hand by hand!

A little blurry.

Nice convergence in this picture. like a railway track coming closer at a distance.

When I was on one of these, I usually hung somewhat askew. I wonder if a purposefully off-kilter framing would add a sense of a child's point-of-view.
