While riding home from Jersey on Friday having purchsed frames for the prints I ended up getting from another site (1....2.....3..4..5.6.78910!!! ahhh...that's better) I said to Bev, "You know it's Kitchware this week". And Bev said, as she should have,"Hunh?" So I told her Kitchenware was the challenge this week and that I wanted to go back to the scene of the crime of "Disproportion" from the Furniture Challenge and shoot just the utensils in the store window of Mr. Barstool. So we made arrangements to shoot after we came home back from the silent auction, which is what the prints were for. So we did...here they are.

Oh. If you are ever in Philly and want to start a restaurant, 2nd Street between race and Arch and a bit further south is the place to be (the galleries start about there too....you don't want to get confused!)

Post: Convert from raw in PSElements 3.0 with a +0.33 exposure compensation. Spot edit some spots on the wall, may have been dust, a nail head in the wall and a very small portion of the top of a chair at the bottom of the frame. Layer adjustments for Levels, Brightness/Contrast and Hue/Saturation. Sharpen. I have recently found that I like what Clairfy in PSP9 does for an image, so I saved it in PSElements and reopened in PSP9 and used it. Still Like it. Saved in PSP9 and reopened in PSElements. Toyed with the composition with various rotation combinations but ended up liking the original comp. Resized. Sharpen.

It is a little cramped....but no one was in the store to take the peeler down and reposition the thingingmybob on the left and move the table and chairs. LOL! Besides I love shooting store windows....especially at night. Wonder what people think....hmmmmm.

Great restaurants and bars all along 2nd Street in Old City. Y'all oughta come visit!
