I like the simplicity of this - there is something strangely calming about the image! The b/w conversion os done well, and has certainly brought out the texture of the metal.

i really like the simplicity of the composition and shape. the texture and tonal range also appeals to me a lot too. the one disturbing thing to me is the shadow on the right side -- it doesn't look real because of the halo around the spoons. i figure the halo was added in postprocessing?
