Isn't this the snack we all were promised by the media/culture?

this is too dark for my taste

Those cookies look delicious! I can tell that the child just left.....he'll be back to finish those. And the milk film on the glass shows he had some of that, too. What child didn't have a snack after school? Good job!!

Pretty good, lots of wasted space though. Maybe a look from closer down to the plate would have helped in two ways:
1) It may give the picture a bit of a child's point of view feel
2) Eliminate the wasted space at the bottom and in the top corners of the photo.

Very yummy shot. Only thing missing is the soggy crumbs floating in the milk. LOL. I like the angle and the frame placement. Focus and lighting are both great for this photo. You did an excelent job keeping glare and reflection off all shiny surfaces. Congrats and good luck in the challenge.

I like the idea and the way you set this up. I just think it needs a little more focus. good take on the challenge though, 6 kdj

This is a great shot, full of the challenge and full of fun. It's technically fine, composition is good, sharp as a razor and I bet you got to eat the props after :) Playing is always more fun than eating :o) (8)

AHA! This is pretty funny because this is what my mom's cookies looked like - a little too dark for my taste. Focus on the cookies seems a tad soft.

Interesting idea but the composition doens't excite me. Perhaps closer in?
Seems a little out of focus.

Good composition. Nice angle. Like the pattern on the table. Cookies seem a bit soft though. Good effort.

Great Idea. Lighting is OK. The cookies seem a bit out of focus to me. 6

This is good but I think the cookies could be a little sharper. 6.

Best shot of the 'classic' (and expected) 'milk and cookies' shot I've seen so far of these challenge photos. The photographer obviously put some thought into the asthetics of this shot and did a great job. Wish the cookies were a bit more in focus though.

The cookies are a little blury

"After playtime" is much better.

Tablecloth adds nice contrast. Would be preferable if the cup and plate weren't cut off at the edges. 7.

Nice composition. Cookies are a bit OOF. Score 6 Kee
