Was he really doing a back-flip or was the rider flipped in postprocessing?

Either way... amazing image... added to my favorites!

Was the figure on the right standing on the post necessary? I think it detracts from the one on the dirt bike--or the one on the dirt bike detracts from the one on the right.

This is why I loathe the expert editiing rule, because photography involves respect for the moment as well as the result – and it's easy to be fooled. If this is a single capture I would rate this a 10 for beauty of composition, texture, dynamism and interest. If it's a comp then considerably less because it's just so pointless otherwise.

I see no evidence of comping so I'll go for the top marks. Beautiful (and I hope I'm not being made to feel stoopid!).
