Not really sure what you're trying to portray here, unless it's the fact that he still needs his toast cut up. LOL. I'll give that to you. :) I cut my hubby's food into little pieces now that we have a 2 year old. strange how that happens. the angle is good, however I wish that the placemat were just a little straighter. I am curious to know what the thing int he middle of the plate is. I feel like I've been hiding under a rock with all the "different" things I see every day. LIghting is great and I like the placement of everything. good luck in the challenge.

Trying hard here to see the childhood. Perhaps this is a breakfast only children would eat? Sorry, I must have led a sheltered life. ;) Just looks like a grown up setting to me. Clear shot. That's good.

???Title??? Is this referring to the sliced toast, the placemat, I don't get it. This is a beautiful breakfast setting, but must children I know don't eat breakfast like this, even (esp) the boys. (I wasn't allowed coffee until I was 14). It's a very nice pic and if I could see the connection to the challenge, it would be worth a 10, but I just don't get it, sorry, my bad. The best I can go is an 8, good thing for you, I'm in a good mood. 8 Swash

Men never grow up... Too true. So should I be marking down all these photos with men in them? - floyd

Oooh boiled egg and dipping toast... Hey I still eat this regularly and I am not a man!
And I have that same crockery set - I won it in a competition!

This photo has absolutely nothing to do with the challenge.

Eww..what is that on the plate? Looks like a raw brown egg. The camera seems to be a little off to the left. 6.

I hope this isn't what you were like as a child. Where are the heart pankages or egg yolk eyes? This doesn't evoke any memories of childhood for me.

nope they never do!!

Nice composition, can't seem to find the connection with childhood however.
Sharp picture.

Too neat to be true. This is not really a hurried, unfinished breakfast. I like the idea, but the link with childhood is far-fetched.

I hope they don't. I love men the way they are. :P......well most of them! Beautiful, composition, color, and good perspective. Dang I'm hungry!!! Score 6 Justine

Men?? 'Real' men don't use pastal colored napkins..... or napkins at all, for that matter! :) I don't quite get the concept here, though.
