 More or less the same shot I entered in a Free Study last year. This time round the night wasn't as still and so the reflections on the water are not as sharp.

Converted from RAW with minor adjustments to exposure and white balance. Taken to PS and cropped and rotated. Adjustments to contrast, saturation and colour balance. Resized, added border and a little USM.

I would of liked to see the name of the city in the title, though it wont effect your score from me. I'm just curious thats all. New York, maybe Chicago...I just want to know.

Nice photo. Amazing reflections in the water. Just the water is bit hazy. I like the white light on the right hand side that has a spectacular star effect.
