I dont like the way the lights match up in this. The soft yellow of the lamp and the bright white light of the flash. 6.

I like how the little bear looks like he's in his jammies. Great depiction of childhood. The angle is good. Was the light in the background contributing to the light source of the photo, or is it just there for looks? If it's not contributing to the light source then I might have turned it off for the photo because it makes an odd orange shadow around the little bears ear. However, that doesn't take away from the photo it's self, it's just an observation. Good job and good luck in the challenge.

too much direct flash, try bouncing the flash off the roof to get a softer look

Sweet idea. Good detail in the bear fur.
The bed headboard and quilt cover make this too busy for me.
The table lamp has come out well without throwing the exposure.

the lamp -- i find it somewhat annoying. It's a good concept, i'd chosen a different light source intead of flash to make it nice and warm. The flash makes the bed overexposed and distract from the nice warm coloring those stuff animals show. It's a good idea though.
