| This is so beautiful. I LOVE the subtle colors, and the deep shadows, and just everything. After seeing this, it inspired me to draw a picture pretty much based of this. :) Glorious shot. |

I like the photo. I would remove the start that is in front of the moon to make it look more realistic. The moon, even though on a crescent moon still will obstruct the view of stars behind it. So any stars in the circle of the moon should not be visible.

Looks more like a painting than a photo. Not that that is a bad thing, if that's the effect you're going for.
The moon doesn't look real at all - it's way too sharp. Looks pasted in. |

Very nice work converting the scene into night. The crescent moon however looks very fake. If you look at actual photos of the crescent moon the outer edge is sharp while the inner edge is soft and/or has a gradient that fades off into the darkness.

| I agree with the comment about removing the star that would be hidden by the moon, and I would add that a reflection of the moon in the water would really be the icing on the cake. Nice image. |
