It almost looks like this was taken upside down. Little more light would help too. The colors are nice though. 6.

Good for you, Leah! Nice concept. I'm a bit disoriented seeing the floor look like a ceiling... Clear shot, though.

I don't know.

why upside down

This photo is laying at a strange angle. Almost like it was taken upside down. I tihnk I would like to see this from a straight on angle and hae it fill the frame. The shadows make it so that the colors dont stand out as much as they should. This photo definately depicts childhood and it is a great, original idea. Good luck in the challenge.

I would be interested in knowing what this was made out of. Very interesting angle.

This is an interesting photo... the angle is a bit freaky though :) This gives me the impression that I'm looking up at the ceiling rather than down towards the floor. Maybe this image has been mirrored or flipped? - jmsetzler

Cool angle, though I think the whole sheet could be moved slightly to the left so that the upper corner wasnt cut off.

It's nice and crisp, and I like the idea... my criticism would be that this angle makes me feel like I'm about to bonk my head on the floor. It looks like it was taken from a very steep overhead angle, which seems a little awkward to me. But Leah does rule, though :)

was this stuck to the ceiling???
08/26/2002 05:07:00 PM
I like the subject, but am unsure about the angle.

Something about this makes me want to turn it upside down. That's mostly all I can think of, the urge is so strong.
I have absolutely no idea why that's the case though!
Nice colours, perhaps need to position the item more accurately within the frame, as one corner is missing whereas there's lots of floor showing on the other side.

This one feels as if it were taken upside down. The colors are nice enough, but I'd like to see another angle.
08/26/2002 01:18:00 PM
Colors aren't very vivid, but neat idea.
08/26/2002 12:28:00 PM
The angle doesn't do anything for me. I would have prefered if it wasn't croped off at the top right.
08/26/2002 10:43:00 AM
It would be interesting to know why you decided for that angle, feels like it's hanging from the ceiling...

you cut off the sign????
