This photo just reinforces my desire to make it to Alaska! I only have two stats to go, and, Alaska is probably the one I've wanted to see the most.
Aside from that, I think this is one of the most beautiful scenes I've ever looked at. |

I think your kids are right. It doesn't look like a photograph to me; it looks like a really nice background for an animated film.
P.S. I just realized you removed the road, and I think that's a great improvement in the composition. The original is lovely, but the road kind of spoils it.

I think it's really lovely. It's certainly not fake-looking by dpc standards! ;-) Interesting idea to convert it and an impressive editing job! |
