Back seat for us young pups, the front only on special occasions! Fingerprints would have been a GREAT idea, as would have pulling the door open and the front seat forward. Thanks for the ideas! Lynne

Doesn't say "childhood" to me without the title. Sorry. Nice clear px though!

VERY Nice car shot. (shouldn't this be of the passenger door?) We used to yell Shotgun! (But Dad didn't care, we sat in the back) 8 Swash

Clean image. I understand the persepctive is from a child's view...but wanted more ...maybe the door opened with the seat pulled forward to invite me into the car. (beauty car!) (6) ~mcmurma

This is great, but I like it better without the window at the top. Perhaps crop at top and also at left.

Car photos don't usually do to well with me but, this seems to be artistic and very well done. I can't really say why I like it, I just do. =8 syamjonimi ;'-D

If the otherwise pristine car had kids fingerprints all around the handle it would add the child element.

Although this photo is nice, it doesn't rekindle ant childhood memories for me. Was this the car of your dreams or your dad's car? These are the only possibilities I can think of as to why you chose this subject. If either of these are true, I can relate this a little to childhood.

Nice shot of a classic car handle, but this photo, for THIS particular challenge is a real STRETCH. I really don't think it meets the requirements of the challenge at all!

There may be something I am missing about this car, but this looks like the drivers side of the car. I think that it might have been a bit more pwerful if it were in relation to the passenger side of the car, as we don't usually think of children in the drivers seat. However, setting that aside...this is a very nice photo. The lighting is great and the angle is very nicely done as "from the eyes of a child". Great job and good luck in the challenge.

You know, I grew in The Netherlands and kids are exactly the same there! The fights we had who would get the window! So, I can relate to this. I'm sure there will be people who will say this only meets the challenge because of the title, but what the heck.
This is a nice image except for what is showing through the little bit of windows. Am at a loss to suggest how to do that differently because you needed some window. I guess it might have helped if the windows were rolled up and it might have seemed more opaque and hence less intrusive. That's an old car, too, what with the chrome and in good condition. This really brings me back to my childhood. 7 Journey

This is a neat picture but it really doesn't do anything for me. 5.
