Very good in its simplicity. Nice balance.

Nice POV. Ocean tones are pleasing too. Chair seems off centered, Perhaps a bit to the left would've helped. Just my humble opinion.

I love how you break all composition rules - that's being creative! And still you have a beautiful image.

It's a shame the season isn't on your side for this challenge. The setting offers a beautiful composition but the chair seems to be oddly placed. The "straight on" point of view of the chair doesn't offer much focus on "furniture" either. I do believe the setting is quite serene and quiet...5

Hmmmm, this looks like the work of an Icelander. At any rate, very Scandanavian Modern. Not meant as a nitpick, but at least on my screen, there is a funny line along the edge of the dock from over-sharpening. It's a beautiful photo, though.

Great capture - Love the contemporary feel to this. The wood colours in the walkway are great and the chair is of the same feel. For me (And this is all subjective and personal) I would have placed the chair really close in the right hand side so that it fitted into the clouds just there and had it on an angle towards me. Just so there was a little difference between the shed and chair - I know what you are going for here with the clean cut lines etc but just think it may have added a little more dynamic to the pic. Still a great shot though. Looks like a great location.
