At the time of the shoot for the "Bad" challenge(since they were already in costume) I decided I wanted to get a kind of "American Gothic" like shot. I carried this very heavy bench and placed it in an open snowy field. I asked my nuns to just sit up on the bench and try and look as stoic(sp) as possible. It was -30 freakin degrees wind chill. They lasted about 14 seconds on the bench and the cryin started. I was yelling "Stay with it! and "Sit up straight!" , "One more shot" they were yelling "Our faces are freezing " and "Dad nooooooooo!" Too funny!

At any rate this is what I managed to get. I think it is a classic :D

Thanks for looking

I wonder what your girl's future significant others are going to think when they are sitting around going through the family album. Most people have photos from b-days and family get togethers. They will be like, "Oh here is another one where my Dad made me dress up as a nun and sit out in a field of snow 30 below" :P

the expressions are all great. it is an instant classic.

this is hillarious - ambiguous and possibly meaningless ... awesome.

Coley - you are a genius. I love the wind blowing the skirt on the right. The expressiona - priceless. I particularly love the squinted shut eyes of your daughter on the right. You need to make this HUGE and sell it to a poster company. BRAVO man. You rock.

Oh, this is definitely a classic!! Tell your girls they're really troopers for putting up with your crazy schemes as the results are awesome! Just think, when the young ladies are a bit older (and warmer), they'll think this is a hoot. And you owe your wife a Mercedes or something at this point. :-)
