A very nice warm feeling to this photo. The color palatte really helps to create a nice mood. I really like the white whiskers/eyelashes/hair as it really helps fill the frame.
I think the only two things holding back from a higher score are the voters here tend not to like "pet" images (shame on them), and there might be too much noise for some. However, if you really look at what the photo is though, it is a wonderful portrait with some great lighting and character. |

| Incredibly sweet and quite tender. I like the way the DOF used and the light emphasizes the hair in the ears and the whiskers - nice lines contrasting those of the cat's face. |

| I think this is a nice shot and the DOF is great but I think it could be a bit sharper on the tip of the nose. |

| DOF may be a bit too shallow and the cat is a bit dark. Also the bright areas on the right are a bit distracting. |
