 I am no expert in editing, so this probably will get dinged for all the things that I could have done to this photo and didn't. What I did do is what the owner of the car didn't do much of; and that was to clean it. Of course I cleaned it not with soap and water, but instead with...

very slight crop
levels (the car needed a wax job)
clone tool (the grill was filthy!)
healing brush tool
replace color (especially on what was supposed to be white)
slight shadow tool
lots of history brush to clean up my work
unsharp on the medallions
unsharp on the entire image
slight contrast boost
border within a border (my first attempt at a border)
size for web
