That's not really the view out my front door. It's a pic I took a little while ago and never used. Came in handy today though. Copied and pasted it in it's own layer, masked it off and reduced the opacity so the screen door came through.

Then copy and pasted again and flipped. Onto another layer and changed blending mode to hard light I think. That gave me the reflection on the floor. : )

None of this was planned until I was doing the PP. : )

For the people that preferred the reflection was in B&W. :):)
I kinda like this version too!

This is quite excellent. I really "wowed" when I first looked at this, then was all the more impressed after reading your comments at the perfection of your post processing skills. Beautifully done. That light on you is AWESOME. Very moody and beautiful.

I think Maybe have the reflection & the door in colour with everything else b/w. I think that would really add to a feeling of the expression already on your face and body. Staring outside into the coloured world whilst I sit here in b/w

Oh wow! I like this very much. Even without the city added I think this is a great shot! Love the lighting. Love the high contrast. Not too sure about the reflection being in color.

This is so fantastic. I dream of a setting with the floorboards and light streaming in. I would compare this to some of the greats' portraits. OUtstanding , just outstanding. I'm such a fan of profiles in silhouette - thanks for making my day.

I love the B&Ws. This is a great photo. The tones are very rich and you've just the right amount of lighting on you. The images leads you two ways...out the door and to the reflection on the floor. Great work! My only issues (and not real issues) are that I would like the reflection to not be color. Also fighting the odd way the screen on the door disappears in spots leaving floating lines (near the bottom). Amazing work and very well executed!!

I agree with Refwhett that the reflection shouldn't be coloured, but that is such a minr detail in this amazing shot! The lighting is just so cool! It's such a 'shiny' image! :)

VERY cool on the reflection! And making that in color with the rest in black and white is a great touch.
