I love the lighting on the building and the long exposure effect. Maybe a little less foreground (maybe crop a bit off the bottom?) would help draw even more attention to it?

Nice shot, two things though, I would have liked this better with about half of the foreground and more of the sky, tilted back a little and secondly, the image would appeal more to me if the sky was a bit more dark and contrasty, seems a bit too gray for my taste.

I think there's too much of the dark hill in the shot. It distracts from the subject somehow.

Good choice of motive, the framing could have been better with a higher aiming of the camera, leaving less foreground. Not bad, 6 from me. Happy new year and good luck.
