It seems an odd decision to shoot this not-quite-centred, and not quite from directly above. It's the 'quite' that's the problem - it's so nearly from directly above, and so nearly centred that I don't see what you gain, whilst losing the graphic strangeness that the directly above shot would surely have. You do have a great tonality in the edge of the tea, but would you have lost that from above? Don't know, but this seems neither one thing nor another.
