The clouds are blurry from a combo of NeatImage, median, and gaussian blur and various degrees of sharpening after each one. All the blurring tools were used at very low "power." I had to have the sky on a different layer so I could work on it. I also used Unsharp Mask at a large pixel radius and low percentage to add contrast and bring out more texture. I converted to b/w using the channel mixer, which of course created some noise, so these various tools were used to simply rid the sky of noise and enhance the lacy texture of the clouds. |

IMO it would be better to let the top of the fence come out of the left edge of the frame, rather than the bottom - this would have added more depth to the landscape.
