 This is Flopsy, a 10-year-old mini lop buck rabbit who is on his last legs - he has arthritis, and can no longer hop or even walk, but he is happy and hanging in there, using swimming motions to get around a little.

More craft work and nostalgia - the drum is an old film can covered and trimmed in sheet foam, drumsticks are 1/4" dowel with a little sheet foam.

Key light is 580EX in Photek Softlighter on left, fill is 580EX on camera, pointed up with catchlight card up, highlight/background is 430EX with pink gel against black seamless, Canon E-TTL II 1:8 A:B:C.

ACR, exposure, curve, PS crop, saturation, resize, color conversion to sRGB, USM, save for web. Wish that this were advanced editing to get rid of some hairs, spots, and sensor dust, but this is it.

I expect some low votes, especially so soon after the "Pet Portrait II" challenge, but I hope that at least some people have a good chuckle.

Hilarious!! Drumsticks are a perfect touch with the bunny's pose. Well composed. Perhaps a darker background would have made the other elements pop a bit more, but truly a fun photo. Good luck in the challenge.

I am not going to nitpick on the purple hues on right, etc. :D

it would be cool to have the duracell batter.... almost as though the duracel battery knocked out the energizer bunny!
