The light is a bit harsh on the one cheek, but the tones are spectacular. Also the shadow on his left cheek is a bit awkward. A little more post with a few tweaks and you would have a contending image.

I like everything about this but the harsh lighting which has burned out a part of the face.

The sharpness of those eyes compared to the rest of the picture makes this look fake. The collar and background look like they have too much noise.

I like it in one way, but on the other hand I'm trying to figure out what went wrong here. Can't put my finger on it, seems he has either a pigment skin condition ( I know I do and it looks about the same, or it's a bad 'replace colour' action. The beard and collar look funny to me. And I don't like the overlit spot on his cheeck. (is overlit the right word, I mean the bright light)
