One of a few possibilities for this challenge, I quite liked this one. I was going to title it I'm not depressed, I'm complicated but I don't like the way that the voting thing puts slashes in before quote marks, so that was out.

Not much editing for this. Levels, auto contrast, colour correction, slight crop, couple of bicubic sharper resizes, slightly less brightness to counter my usual comments of washed-out photos, USM 30,3,3.

I figured 777STAN's comment was a tongue-in-cheek thing showing what the cat was thinking, rather than a comment on the shot ;)

Working my way through your three kitty shots. In this one, the DOF is definitely better, but still misses the image-left eye by a bit. I do like the pose. :)

Adorable and so expressive (or rather, inexpressive in a deliberate-seeming way) - perfect title! 7 from me. Missy looks a lot like our new kitty, Knuckles. I have a hunch she would look really nifty against a dark background given all those nice colors in her fur. Looking forward to seeing her again :)

What beautiful sharp focus you have in this photo! Great expression and very nice composition. The only thing I'd change is just a little more "breathing room" around the tops of the ears. Great job and look at that high score!

6 - Nice portrait and pose. Just the tips of the ears and the dominance of the rug/blanket/whatever mainly.

I wish you would have taken advantage of the Advanced Editing portion of this challenge..and would have edited out all of the extra cat hair on the blanket...b/c this photo is a great one, besides the extra hair. Good job!
