 This challenge reminded me how much I love black and white photography. I needed the kick in the creative butt to get back to what I enjoy rather than what I think will do well in challenges. So, for better or worse, expect more BW from me!

This was shot at a Veteran's Day parade as the participants were preparing for the parade to start. I took a lot of shots and when I saw this one, with the look the kid was shooting his superior, I really took a liking to it. Hope you like it as well.

Excellent choice for a b&w and a great composition as well. Looks good how one subject really stands out as the primary subject. Well done!

Looks like the drill sergeant is givimg them a hard time! A well captured moment with good lighting. It is a shame that the chap at the centre back and the girl to the right of the main subject aren't looking in the same direction as the others, as it does take away some of the impact. Good work, though. 9.

I'm not sure I really get the title as all of the people are staring towards the one person. I do like the shot. Lots of green hue in this one I guess to pull out the uniform. 6.
