 I lost my father suddenly to cancer, I have had a REALLY hard time with the loss. My mom paints. She was asked by a friend of hers to paint her emotions and it will help her to deal with the loss. I decided a while back to try this myself with a photograph.

I didn't realize when I took this shot that it would be the image for this.
