Ok, so in the last free study, I received a comment on my entry that really inspired, encouraged me, etc. to continue on the rough path that I seem to follow :-)
You see, for some, a free study is a time to do what they do well and seek out that highly coveted little .gif ribbon, ...and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. But for me, free study means a time for me to break the fetters that chain me during the weekly challenges, in which I learn and practice techniques, etc and try to get a good 'grade' or score for my efforts. It means a time that I can experiment, and try new things, or new places, or forge into unexplored territory. To perhaps take a direction that I am just starting to head into, testing the waters and maybe trying to find and put a little of my 'own' identity into photos. And to see if maybe there are one or two people out there that can relate to this feeling, or maybe I am just sucking :-)
Anyways, here it is. I would like very much to hear anything that you may have to say about it. Tell me that you find something stimulating here, or tell me that I am full of it and this is the worst photo you've ever been forced to view, it's all good in the end. Thanks for checking out my pic :-)

Good job on exposure, but there's not much going on here that captures my interest.

Sorry, no real subject of interest in this one but on the plus side it does meet challenge!

an interesting choice, did you shoot this because of the pattern? but b&w was the right choice for the format.

Sorry, but I don't understand the title, and I don't find the white wall very interesting.

I don't get the connection between the title and the image. The white portions of the wall seem to be washed out and blown.

Only I understand your title. Even you don't understand it. That is why your picture came from a hole in my brain. As the Lord of Oblivion, it is my royal duty to award you a 10.
