 In the morning the sunshine comes into the bottom barn door and the foals all bask in the sunshine while they wait for their breakfast. This is the scene that greets me most mornings.

It actually took me a few moments to figure this out. The angle took me a bit by surprise. The lighting is lovely although I'm not completely taken by the angle. My vision keeps returning to the slighly bulging eye which is accentuated by the angle. I'm nitpicking a bit though. Lovely photo.

the black space at the top dilutes the impact of this image. To me the light on the mane is the beauty here - and I would love the top of the image to cut the ears off, giving almost a square composition, but with very interesting lines and focusing my attention on what is cool.

I'm a huge fan of horses, and love this shot otherwise. I hope to own some of my own some day. :-) 7
