I can identify witth this guy! A more unique lighting scheme might enhance the mood of this photo even more. Nice point of view.

Hmmm.... after full night on DPC no wonder :-))) Good sharpness and light. Colour is well balanced (no cast). If this is a candid snapshot - then good work, otherwise you shoul have asked the other person in the shot to move away. Somehow the legs don't belong in the image.

I'm sorry to say this shot doesn't work for me. I like the Idea but this didn't 'pop'. There is a lot of noise in the image. This to me means (and I may be wrong) that the ISO is too high. Focus is good! Who is sitting on the left side??? You can just see from knees down. This terribly detracts from the shot. Who sleeps with someone sitting behind them watching them??? More light, different crop, a touch of sharpening and a little more color (B/W???) and this could work.

I understand where you were going with this shot and it probably would have worked except for two things, the legs on the left, indicating that someone else is in the shot but just sitting there? And the subject themselves do not look like they are dreaming or relaxing enough to be sleeping at work and dreaming, they look more like they are possibly crying or just putting their heads down like a child might at school.

Looks more like a snapshot taken to pick on the guy. The person behind this guy should have gotten completely out of the photo and you should watch the reflections. You can be seen in the chair.

I would have cropped out the legs of the second subject.
