 Lighten in Levels a tad -> bit o' curvage -> shift hue right a tad -> resize -> USM.

This is Sneezy The Clown. I met her at the Milton Fall Fair. She made awesome balloon butterflies for my girls, and later put on a great comedy/magic show for the kids. I got her card so I could email a bunch of photos to her. We had a fantastic time at the fair. Truck pulls ROCK!
